Dutch Henry Winery Wine Tasting Notes

This down home winery is a great stop for the winotripper looking for a relaxed atmosphere, off the beaten-path, family winery. Off the Silverado Trail, this small production winery is what we think wine tasting should be.

The picnic area is a wonderful space under shady trees, so bring a lunch.

Call ahead for an appointment, then taste some great "Bordeaux varietals in extremely limited release" for $5 tasting fee. And bring your dog, as there are a host of winery pets on premises.

Dutch Henry only produces about 5,000 cases a year. The wines range in price from about $30 to around $50, but you get what you pay for.
